This is not available buddypress doesn’t offers your the option the embed the register form in a shortcode or in a widget.

Hi,

For the moment there are no options to edit the buddypress register page but we’ll be working for sure to make this editable in our future updates. Meanwhile you will need to manually create some custom css rules to add page background and to change your logo image.
