Register Page and Membership Option

I wanna to add some field in my Register from .
How I will make it ?
Another Question is That is it possible to add sub menu or sub item in membership level page .

Hello, you can add more fields to the registration page at Users > Profile fields, the Base group is the one used at the registration page.

For submenus you can manage that at Appearance > Menus
