Registerproblem

Hi,

After upgrading from WP 3.9 to WP 4.0 my registration page started to behave a bit strange. When a user tries to register and fills out all the boxes and then press register, the whole page just clears it self and reloads empty. The user will not be registered and this is very frustrating

I have tried all the normal procedures and tips/tricks (plugins, std theme etc..) so does anyone have an idea on whats going on?

Hello, that is buddypress related issue, have you tried:
1.Updating buddypress
2.Re-installing it
3.Using lowercase for user names

We finally found what was causing the trouble. We needed to increase some server related PHP variables..
