Registration and Paid Memberships Pro same form

Hi

How do I get Paid Memberships Pro to be part of the registration form? I’d like the user to sign up and pay at the same time. Currently members are confused, as they think they have signed up – and to get them to register, activate their membership, login and then pay is too many steps.
