Registration form is not working

Hello,
I have purchased your -BuddyApp- theme from Envato’s website. I have installed it as it was mentioned on your guide, but the registration form is not working . I have already loaded demo’s content and also checked ‘Registery page on pages. But there is no content inside Registration page.
Please help.
