Registration Form not working on Home Page

In the Home Page, I am trying to do a test registration. When I enter the details it just loads the Home Page again. Also when I click on Join now, I would like to to look like http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp-modern/register/. Right now it is looking crazy. please see the attached screenshot

Well, I am not an expert but i think you have to go to settings – reading

I am not sure if it’s going to work. just try and see what happens

Sure… actually we just want the page to look like – http://seventhqueen.com/demo/sweetdatewp-modern/register/ with Account Details on one side and Profile Details next to it
