ParticipantHi.
When accessing the front page of the site/accessing the sites url – a single page appears with the words: Registration has been disabled. How do i get rid of this, disable it and allow people accessing the URL to go directly to the home page.
See: http://www.localbusinessads.co.uk/wp-signup.php?new=localbusinessads.co.uk
Vs
http://www.localbusinessads.co.uk
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks

ModeratorEnable registration in WP Admn > Settings > General.
Can you clarify what you mean by people accessing the signup page going to the home page?

ParticipantHi.
Tried the suggested solution but it’s still not working.
Access the first link, ‘which is what’s appearing when you enter the sites main URL’ in a browser:
1st link:
http://www.localbusinessads.co.uk/wp-signup.php?new=localbusinessads.co.ukMain URL:
http://www.localbusinessads.co.ukWhat if i don’t want registration enabled too!
Regards
Stewart

ModeratorAre you saying that when you go to http://www.localbusinessads.co.uk/ you’re being redirected to http://www.localbusinessads.co.uk/wp-signup.php?new=localbusinessads.co.uk? If so, that’s not the case for me.

ParticipantMmmm. Two people who have visited the site have and do, me too, which is odd.
Will try and get a wider number of people looking at the site as it’s early days – it’s only just been launched.
Could it have anything to do with multi-site settings?
Appreciating your help.

ModeratorNo, it shouldn’t have anything to do with multi-site.
