    Hey there,

I don’t know if this is a bug due to the latest version, I just noticed that in the registration page. There’re some dropdown elements in Basic XProfile fields used there. All of the fields are required but it seems that specifically the dropdowns surpass this restriction and a new user can sign-up without actually select anything from those.

This is a big issue for my client and myself. Please address this asap.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

Hello, have you tried deactivating some plugins and testing again? This is something related to buddypress plugin as it’s what manages those fields, i couldn’t login to your admin area please share credentials again 🙂

    Hey there,

I managed to resolve this. I was using a simple script to compress HTML and that was causing a conflict. I just removed the compression script in register page and everything seems fine.

    Cheers,
    Dimitris
