Registration Not Working

I am almost done with the website with the sweetdate theme but I realize the registration is not working in the website.
On entering the data in the form page gets refreshed and no data is being input inside the database.

Hello, on your register page “User registration is currently not allowed.”
You need to enable registration in order to let users register.
You can find this in your wordpress settings
