Registration not working

I am having an issue with my registration page. I fill in the details on the first page then it goes to the next page which says create your profile with all the items prefilled and clik on join now then it just reloads the page. Please help

Hello, please check that you have the right page at Settings > Buddypress > Pages, make sure you have the register and the activate pages selected
