Registration Page Fields

I want to know how to add (myself summary, looking for, life style, physical ) to the registration page i just only find the base (primary) appears only.
Is there anyway to do that or the base only that appears ?

On the registration page only fields from Base group appear.

You can move them to another group by dragging them.
