Registration page issues

Have set all the fields i need on my registration page, and the page loads fine, however when ive filled out all the details, all that happens is the page refreshes with all the details i have typed in still there, but as far as i can see no new user is created.
Can you help?

Hello,
i have built user registration page. but user is unable to register. can you please tell me what is the problem there.
when user fill all information and click on the complete signup butten. then user is redirected same page. please help me. i am troubling from this problem.
