Registration page – Text and privacy options

Hi

I would like to know how can I remove or change the text above regigstration fields that says by default “Registering for this site is easy.Just field in the fields below, and we’ll get a new account set up for you in no time”.

And also how to hide privacy options for the registration fields (for expample “This camp can be seen by: Everyone)
