Registration Refresh Error

Hi,

Using the theme at threejackers.com. Everything was working, but recently, registration page does not work. When you submit, it just refreshes the page. No user activation and no confirmation.   I tried updating all plugins, changing themes and have not had any luck. Please help.

Hi,

Do you have installed some plugin recently ? If ies try to disable it and test it again, if the problem is not related to any plugin, please provide admin credentials to take a look.
