Registration with facebook

Hi, I have register with facebook enabled on my site, the problem is when I try to login on mobile device, I get an  error ” Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL,add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings”. On laptop and desktop it works fine. I”ve settings on my facebook correctly set. Can you help please. Thanks..

Hi,

Can you check for me that you have the latest update to KLEO (4.3.10) and K Elements (4.3.5.1)? If you do not then please update both, completely purge the website cache and mobile browser cache, then try again.

Can you please update this ticket, in a private reply, with screenshots from your Facebook App. I need to check what you have entered for all fields in the tabs ‘Settings > Basic’ and ‘Settings > Advanced’.

Thanks for sending the screenshots for the advanced tab, but I also need to see the basic tab too. Please share screenshots for that tab in the ticket so I can review the settings.

Cannot see any issue they seems to be ok.

On my localhost i had tried to login with fb and it works the same also on the demo, try to re-create the app again if you cont it’s already verified.

The important thing it’s to have your domain into Valid OAuth Redirect URIs

If it’s the same create new app just to test… setting the app like this one.
