Removal Of Top Bar

Hello! I am in a little bit of a predicament and i am wondering how to resolve it.

There is this thin menu bar at the very top of every new page i create, it seems to be a copy of the regular menu that i have for each page. Now scanning through the forums it seems it may actually be the mobile menu bar? I am not sure but i have taken a screen shot of this bar i wish to remove.

The other thing i realized is the pages i utilized from the demo and imported into my wordpress do not have this bar, it is only new pages i create that end up having this bar as a default. Please let me know what i need to do to remove it. Thanks!

Theme options > Header options > Display top bar = Off
