Remove and Switch Mobile Navigation Icon

Hey there. Love the Theme! Have had a great time working with it. I did come across one problem that I can’t seem to figure out.

 

I’m wanting to remove the Responsive menu navigation button that houses all the navigation items and replace it with my own navigation items. I’m attaching pictures to show what I’m looking for. It just makes it easier for people to navigate to the core features of the site if these are the only options in that navigation area. The top bar navigation will still have all of the options, I just want this area to be cleaned up.
