Remove hyphen from Testimonials

I don’t want to use any author descriptions in my testimonial section but even though I leave this box blank on the edit page the pages still shows a hyphen after the initial name on each entry. Any way of removing this please?

I’ve got around this by putting the date of the quote after the hyphen so in a roundabout way… case solved.
