Remove "plus sign & horz. lines" when i'm logout?

when i’m logout i have some plus sign and vertical lines in topmenu, can thsi be removed?

Hi, that should only appear if you have many menus and they don’t fit the screen, which if obviously not the case from what I can see in the image.

What other links you have there? It could be some error in the code..
