Remove search Groups.. box on the 3 column page

Please i would like to remove or possibly edit the ‘Search Groups… box’

Thanks.. i want to remove the search box that loads up when you click the groups page or probably change the text “Search Groups…”…i already tried to edit it wit Poedit but the text doesnt reflect changes.Kindly find attached a screen shot of what i mean
