Removing "uploaded a new picture:" (activity wall)

I tried to remove/change the name “uploaded a new picture:” with PoEdit. Doesn’t work. No changes. The “en_US” files are in Languages.

I’ld also like to change:

I edit the bp-album.pot file in Poedit. Then placed ‘bp-album-en_US.mo’, ‘bp-album-en_US.po’, and ‘bp-album-en_US.pot’ in the sweetdate/framework/inc/bp-album/languages folder. Still no effect. What am I doing wrong? I also placed ‘define(‘WPLANG’, ‘en_US’);’ in wp-config.php.

These updates:

‘friendship_created’ = “…..are now friends”

new_avatar= changed their profile picture

new_member = became a registered member

You can’t remove those activity types. Try searching for a plugin
