Renaming Tab Links

I noticed that when you click on Kelo Tabs the link changes with a funny tab name,  like “http://new.digitalbazaar.com/#link_tab-1468504245163-0” Is there a way to rename this tab link to match the text in the actual tab on the page, fir instance to, http://new.digitalbazaar.com/#credentials_management ?
