You can apply this css to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css

Regarding the font size issue please provide the website url and credentials to can take a look at this problem, on my local install i’m able to increase the font size.

Also try to update theme to latest version

I managed to change the font of the menu but I think there’s a problem anyway because I get to change the font by discounting the cat x plugin by clicking settings then restart the police and the menu changes immediately
