I recently purchased the BuddyApp theme and when installing it alerts that the theme is corrupt and crashes the site. I tried contacting my hosting provider and reinstalled WordPress and same thing happened more than three times. I like the design and layout but this is a bit frustrating when the files don’t work.

If you have downloaded the main theme package you will need to unzip it first and then go to /Main Files/wordpress and you will need to upload theme from there.
