Require More Information for User to Log-In

I have some functions on my site that allow users to sell event tickets.  I would however like to modify the Registration so that I can collect more information about the users.  I would like to add several required fields.  Currently, users only need and email address and username.  Is it possible to modify this somehow? Or perhaps there is already built in functionality that i am overlooking?   Thanks again!

You can add more fields from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields

That’s perfect Thanks!!! is there a way to create the form so that the answer to one question will open up and require additional fields? For example, If I have a required field that says “Are you selling tickets?” if the user selects “YES” then additional required fields will open open up?

I just realized that every field that I add through wp-admin -> users -> profile fields
display the the text “This Field Can Be Seen By:” It looks really bad to see that line after EVERY field. is there an easy way to hide that line completely from the front end? Thanks again.
