Resize background image

Hi, I have set a row with a background image in my homepage. However, it does not resize when I use my tablet/mobile. I would like the image responsive to the screen size. Please advise, thanks

Hola, puedes usar los datos que te habia pasado en mi ticket “Change the background color of a KLEO post” (my post #158412).
Por la verdad hay 2 problemas aparecidos en la misma pagina “homepage” (seria la homepage http://www.inartist.org por los usuario cuando logged out)
– el video de background que esta en la primera linea (first row). Desaparece cuando se reduce la ventana del browser (por ejemplo utilizando un tablet/phone)
– la imagen de background que esta en la ultima linea. Me gustaria que el tamano de la imagen se reduzca cuando un usuario reduce la ventana del browser (o con tablet/phone)

Hi, I would have a question related to the position of the profile avatar as secondary menu (when loggen in). As you can see in the attachment, I would like it is currently too low and would like it was higher (I mean aligned with the primary menu and live notification icon). Thanks a lot in advance 🙂

Gracias Laura, pero el codigo CSS bajo’ la campana (=the live notification bell is now lower), y yo queria el contrario: subir la foto del perfil en manera que sea un poco mas alta y sea al mismo nivel horizontal de la campana.

y adjunte el archivo con la captura de las pantallas con problemas

te paso el enlace de la pagina – es la homepage/frontpage cuando un usuario es logged out

el video es en background en la primera linea (first row) y la imagen es el background de la ultima linea

Hi, background video and image uploaded to the row through visual composer have the following issues:
– background video does not resize and disappears when reducing the browser window (or using tablet/mobile)
– background imaage does not resize, I mean it is not responsive to the browser window size

I can’t reproduce the resize problem, I’ve tried with an image and it works.

Let me know if you de-activate the child theme it works? if not make sure to have all things updated: theme, plugins, and WordPress.

In final instance try to de-activate all plugins except Visual Composer and also the child theme and check again

I checked the video but I can confirm that I uploaded the image (and a video in another row) as it is shown there. However, the resize does not work
Regarding the credentials, please see above my message #159403. Thanks for your support.

Another issue: there is a problem with sorting images and rtmedia support told me to inform you that you should update rtmedia templates according to the last release of rtmedia plugin (as shown in the attachment). Thanks a lot

Try to re-upload the theme files over the existing, update all plugins especially Visual Composer and K-elements.
For allowing the videos on mobile I need to ask the master developer and I will come back with an answer related to this today or monday.
