Responsive visibility

Hi!
Greetings, I need to ask you this question for a problem that I do not know how to correct it with accuracy. I have created a page that I can see correctly on my laptop but it is a disaster if I see it on my cell phone. I need to know what would be the ideal configuration of the responsive visibility to see it correctly on my cell phone. I’ll thank you for giving me a hand in this, thank you.

You should be able to arrange it ok.
