Responsiveness on difference screen sizes

Hello, I love your theme! I have installed the child theme and am using the Resume one page at founderperspective.com

I’ve had feedback from people viewing this on mobile that the site isn’t rendering well.

Can you let me know what I should be doing to solve for this??
