Restrict forum functionality to paid members

I need the option to enable/disable forum functionality to selected groups/paid members. so that only paid members only got the option of forum

Hello, you should see the restrict box at the forum and topic editor sidebars, this way you can restrict it for an specific level 🙂

I am not able to find the location to restrict the forum access for paid members only. Please attach screenshot so that i will able to find it.
