Restrict Site Error

I have notice a weird error that sometime when I got to my site as a user it will give me a 404 error page instead of showing the page that I restrict the site to for non logged in users.

It is also happening when users are logged in. I will get 404 error pages sometimes on some menu links to pages even tho the page is active in wordpress.
