Restrict unregistered members from viewing the member list.

Hey guys short question, is it possible to restrict the MEMBERS page? I only want my logged in users to be able to view the members list page.

 

Also is it possible to pick a darker font in the member list for the description?

Well I solved it with the Nav Menu Roles plugin. However I would like to know if I still can change that font??? Thanks.
