Revolution Slider issues

Hello,

I have been using the KLEO theme on my website for some time and everything was working fine, including the slider on my home page using the revolution slider plugin.

Yesterday I noticed that the slider had gone blank and was showing buttons but no background images. I tried to troubleshoot this and while doing so ended up resorting to uninstalling the revslider plugin. When I came to reinstall it, the plugin installs, but will not activate. I now cannot activate the plugin at all. I have tried manually uploading it from the KLEO theme package but it will not activate due to being an out of date version.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hello Laura,

Thank you for the response. Eventually I managed to reinstall it and rebuilt my slider, I never managed to figure out what happened it just started working after a day. Feel free to mark the thread as resolved :).

On a side note, the latest woocommerce update appears to require some template updates from the KLEO theme, do you know when we can expect an update as it has killed my dropdown menus, and therefore my product subcategories.

About the woocommerce templaces, with each new theme update we update them,so it will be done very soon 🙂
