Revolution Slider – Java Pop-Up

Hi again,
In the Revolution Slider in the back-end, whenever I click the update button, Import or Preview button, an empty pop-up appears across my screen, preventing me from making any selections or using any of the functions. I have attached a screenshot. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
That is strange. Try to set WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php and see if it appear any error in that popup.
Also you can try disabling some plugins
