Hello,
at my existing install the revolution slider is not showing up since weeks meanwhile. After logging in at admin and check back to the page, its up. Looking to it later or at the next day, slider is missing.
There is also a new version of revolution slider available, but not packed with your theme.
When you will deliver it – maybe its solved then?Thanks in advance for your help!
ChrisJuly 11, 2016 at 07:56 #128673LauraModeratorPlease update the theme to latest version and the afferent plugins, you can check the plugin update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.
If this is useless please follow these steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
- After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.
After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
Cheers

this is not really helpful…all plugins are on latest version – EXCEPT Revolution Slider.
When will you deliver the latest version?
Slider stopped working with your latest update…Thanks, Chris

February 8, 2017 at 16:47 #152356tourmonkeeParticipantI have the same problem, my slider is shown on the slider list in the homepage editor, but does not show on the webpage.
Worse, I tried the suggestion of changing the code from True to False in my Wp-admin files on my server. Now I cannot edit the site because I get pages of error messages from the server like this:
o allocate memory for pool. in /home/tonyjohnson1948/public_html/tourmonkee.com/wp-settings.php on line 182
Warning: require(): Unable to allocate memory for pool. in /home/tonyjohnson1948/public_html/tourmonkee.com/wp-settings.php on line 183

So now not only does the slider not work, my ability to edit the page is gone.
