revolution slider Purchase code invalid

Hello,

I am trying to active the revolution slider but when I enter the purchase code It says that the licence is invalid…

 

I followed these steps from your website but can’t find the plugin update button on the bottom right page…

Re-download the theme from Themeforest. You will find the .zip archive under the main package downloaded from Themeforest under Plugins folder. You can install the update by going to WP admin – Revolution Slider – Manul plugin update (bottom-right of the page)

You dont enter a purchase code. Its bundled with Kleo so you dont have a purchase code, unless you actually bought it. Then you’ll have to deal with Themeforest on that.

You already have version 5.1.3 installed (the version Kleo 3.1.3 uses). Why are you trying to update?

Thank you for your fast reply but I am not quite satisfied with the answer:

1. When importing a slider I get the message: “This feature is only available if you active Slider Revolution for this installation” So clearly it is not activated.

2. In the Version information it says there is a newer version available.

So what do I have to do to active slider revolution to also be able to use the import slider function?

1 – Since it bundled, you should be importing from local, not online. There are slider imports for kleo available in the download file. Let me know if that works for you.

2 – You need to stay on the version that’s bundled with Kleo, even if there is a new version available.
