Revolution Slider Video Does Not Work on Handheld

When I add a video to the revolution slider and set it to play automatically, it won’t play at all on handheld. Only if I set it to not play automatically. When I view slider on handheld the video is there but only shows a black screen. Any clue how to fix this?

That’s how handhelds work. Its the internet standard way of handling things due to cellular data rates/charges. That’s why there’s an option to add an image that will be displayed instead.
