RevSlider Update

Good day,

When I am looking at my plugin page it shows that there is an update for the  RevSlider plugin.

When I go to the – Appearance>Installed Plugins

There is not update available.  In fact I don’t even see the RevSlider there.  I have tow websites running identical plugins doing the same thing.  What I am doing wrong?

Hello, with each theme version we release an update for the plugins, if you try to update it at the plugins section, it fails?

Laura,

In the plugins section it simply notifies me that there is an update for the Revslider plugin. I thought that I had read in the documentation that in order to update the plugin that I needed to go to Appearance>Install Plugins and the update would be available there.

I also received a theme update yesterday and there is no way to update the RevSlider plugin, nor was it updated.

I have two websites with almost identical themes and plugins. I have the exact same situation on the other site as well.

Hello, Revolution Slider is already at the latest version needed by the theme, what you see is the latest revslider version banner but the license included with the theme only updates it to the latest compatible version
