RevSlider upload error message

Hi Folks i need some help.

I´m trying to import a template ussing the import buttom on the revslider page as described here : https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#revslider

But, the message i get (on a blank screen) is:

I´ve already change the permissions giving full rights (777) on upload folder, but the problem persists.

Can you give me some help on it?

Additional information:

– Happens in 3.9 and 4.0 versions;

– It all plugins and instalation up to date (WP 4.4.2)

Hi there, those are notices coming from Revslider. Please edit wp-config.php and set WP_DEBUG value to FALSE

Also you can try importing using Appearance – KLEO DEMO data new interface that allows you to import sliders too

Hi Abe,

I know the messages are appearing because WP_DEBUG are on, I turned it into TRUE 😉

If I change it to FALSE, the problem persists, just the message goes off, keeping the final message: “Error: Não foi possível criar o diretório” (Not possible to create the directory/folder)

And NO, “importing using Appearance – KLEO DEMO data new interface that allows you to import sliders too” is not working at all. If I try it, the message i receved back is the same froms 3.9 as you can see on the attachment.

oh, then the problem is related to your hosting account since as the error says you don’t have writing permissions. please contact them and ask them to check
