Role Plugin Overide

Hello – I use WP Front User Role Editor Pro plugin on my site and for a while role permission setting in the menu and on pages were working fine. Suddenly it’s not really working and I’m getting this error in the plugin admin screen:

Menu walker class is overriden by a theme/plugin. Current value = Kleo_Walker_Nav_Menu_Edit. Navigation menu permissions may still work. More information

Also in the theme there is a menu position called ‘Top Right Header Menu’ but I can’t find where this displays?

From the error the only things that should have a problem is only the menu.
