RSS general questions

I am just learning about RSS and have a few basic (but probably stupid 🙂 ) questions hopefully someone can explain to me.

Im creating a site about video games for fun. Some of my other favorite sites provide RSS feeds on game reviews. Doesnt really matter the topic…. Is it possible or is there a plugin to use that imports their RSS feed and display a list on my site, for example in a sidebar/widget?

Some of the research I’ve seen so far only talks about how I can publish my own RSS feed, but Im looking to add more dynamic content to my site, even though the links will take them off my site.

Secondary question: Do developer typically use a different way, so they can generate revenue from the clicks to their sites, similar to Google Ads (still new to that to).

I dont have much experience but in both cases, I’d look at plugins
