I have bought rtmedia licence but I can’t type my licence key, the option describe by rt media is unavailable with KLEO.

Tomato you see, I send you the image provided by rtmedia and the screenshot of my dashboard. The place for the key is unavailable.

If you can tell me how can I do to use it it will be good.

RTMedia is a free plugin with premium addons. You must install and activate first the addon bought.

Your first screenshot is for RTMedia Photo Tagging addon, is written 🙂

Yes but if I install as you said, site is broken by a so long time to load page !
More than 30 sec, its crazy …
How can I do to enable kleo rtmedia extension with my rtmedia licence ?

The license tab will be available once you install one of their addon plugins that you purchased. You need to go to your rtMedia account and download the install files.
