Hi,
I’m having problems with the lightbox on RTMedia, with when you click on it, below being what you see.
I’ve checked what settings I can find, (with it looking like like it’s a height issue).
Can anybody help me here please, I’ve been doing so much head scratching on this issue that I’m going to end up with a bald patch.
Highest regards,
Holmey

The link is http://www.coffeeshoprx.com, if you register,I will open the account up so that you will be able to see the problem, with to say the least is frustrating as we are almost ready to go live with the site.

June 28, 2015 at 10:25 #65316HolmeyParticipantI’ve tried deleting it and adding another image and it’s still the same, it seeming that when an image is uploaded, a link to the image is not being forwarded to RTMedia for the lightbox even though when you copy the link in the lightbox it does point to the image.
I’ve tried uploading another image and it’s still the same, with the route to the new source image being http://coffeeshoprx.com/wp-content/uploads/rtMedia/users/1/2015/06/IMG_20150610_102621-320×240.jpg and the image being exactly there the route says, (from File Manage: wp-content/uploads/rtMedia/users/1/2015/06), and the image being there.
It seems to be intermittent now, some images OK, some not, (with that being after deleting and reinstalling both RTMedia & Buddypress).
This is getting frustrating, over a week with premium support for a premium product and still no solution to what is an obvious problem that is causing major delays on this project, not what I expect from “Premium” support 🙁
Any other suggestions please?

June 29, 2015 at 06:42 #65414LauraModeratorHello, seems like the issue is resolved now, i reactivated your plugins, it seems like one of them is creating a conflict from time to time, if it happens again, try deactivating one by one as it seems that it conflicts with rtMedia plugin.
