RtMedia Mobile Upload Not Working

Hello,

I am currently using the Kleo theme, however, RtMedia uploading doesn’t work on mobile devices.

When I upload a photo on my iPhone to the activity stream it just gets stuck and doesn’t load. RtMedia is fully updated (3.8.15). Uploading images to the RtMedia photo gallery on profile doesn’t work on mobile devices either.

I also can’t change profile photo on my mobile device, when I try to upload a new image the upload bar gets stuck at the very first ‘green’ tick and doesn’t move. Everything is working perfect for desktop.

EDIT: I downloaded the google Chrome app for my iPhone and uploading photo’s on activity stream with RtMedia is working perfect now, the problem is just on safari. Any idea of why safari won’t support mobile uploads with RtMedia?

EDIT: I updated my iPhone to the newest version, safari now supports mobile uploads. Question solved.
