Rtmedia photos are not displayed at the popup

Hello,how can i do that the photos are displayed with the popup and not with the lightbox,i check the rtmedia configuration and all is correct and the popup does not work. What can i do please?

When i install the first time the theme the photos was displayed like at the photo,but now not,just in the lightbox of rtmedia,i disable the lightbox in rtmedia settings,but nothing..no popup

Hi, we replaced that functionality with rtmedia lightbox to have a unity.
