RTMedia – photos don’t show up in albums

Hello,

I’m facing the following issue with rtmedia on kleo theme : photos don’t appear in the photos/videos tab of a buddypress profile.

As per screenshot, in “All” or “Photos” sub-tab there is a count, but no photos.

In albums sub-tab, there is the album cover photo, but once I click on the album, I go to the album page but there isn’t any photo there either.

without credentials we cant see what’s happening. It probably a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins that didnt come with Kleo and test.

Yes it’s sorted, and it’s my fault on a custom child theme setting.
