RTMEDIA PRIVACY SETTINGS PROBLEM

After the latest theme update, rtmedia privacy settings do not work. Setting an image as private is viewed by all logged in users.

1. Did you encounter the same if you are disabling child theme ?

2. If you will activate default WP theme it will behaves the same ?

I do not understand why I should try what you suggest.

In any case, using main kleo them ( version 4.3.9) instead of kleo child theme, same thin happens (also about sidebar in next ticket)

Cuz it makes part of debugging procedure and those should be checked first, and also the plugins , check.

Using default wp theme the issue it’s still there ?(very important)

2016 theme sidebar appears
rtmedia privacy problem persists

That it means that rtmedia issue it may come directly from their plugin. ask them about that
