rtMedia PRO – Changing image size on activity stream

Hi
I purchased rtMedia PRO and it’s working well but I have a little problem that the rtMedia support said is a theme issue.

I changed the image size on rtMedia > Image Sizes > Photo > Medium > I configured 320x240px and marked ”crop”.

I want to see in activity stream a medium image, not a thumbnail, then I tested ”crop” enabled and disabled. Its does not work.

The answer is: As it is theme based issue you can contact your theme developer to fix it out.
*After they change my web site for a standard wordpress theme and it worked very well with the same plugins that I have now.

Any suggestion?

It only work if CROP for Medium Photo is unchecked…
