rtMedia Server 500 issue

Hi,

First let me start by saying that I love the Kleo theme and I am really looking forward to using it for my project!

I have just one problem. When I activate rtMedia, I end up with a Server 500 issue in the admin dashboard – It ends up inoperable.

If you could direct me to a fix, that would be great!

I am running WP 4.4.2 and BP 2.4.3

In most cases that’s caused by not having enough memory allocated to WP. You need at least 128M and possibly 256M depending on the plugins you’re running. http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
