rtmedia won't upload from group activity

I have used this thread to fix uploading images on Kleo from profile activity and works fine.

If I upload images to a group via the site-wide activity it works fine.
But it wont upload images from group activity itself. It is showing only the text of the post and not the image. It is set to ON on rtmedia settings.

Any idea to fix this?
