I upgraded to 2 of sites to Safari 4.0 and both have the same responsive issue in Safari where the rows all appear full height vertically next to each other. Its hard for me to troubleshoot since I use a PC and I’ve had some reports of it looking fine… but getting lots of reports of this issue on safari on desktop, iphone, etc. i’ve been trying to figure it out for hours, but have no idea. Deactivated everything except required plugins and moved to the parent theme. I’ve triple checked that everything including required plugins are up to date. I finnally tried installing a fresh copy of kleo 4.0, and it looks like the problem is there out of the box. Here’s a screenshot viewing using crossbrowsertesting.com on iPad + Safari 7.0.

The two sites that also have the problem since the update are at http://korecomponents.com and http://5star.dreamhosters.com. I’ll provide login info for the fresh install one below. Hoping you can help crack this… korecomponents is particularly urgent.
Thanks!

March 4, 2016 at 00:57 #108400rian80ParticipantJust checking in on this. Would you be able to confirm if you are able to reproduce it and is/is not considered a “bug”?
I’ve done a few sites in Kleo, and really like it so want to do more. I have 2 new sites i’m starting this month, but want to make sure this issue is taken care of before starting on those. Also i have one client who is ready and anxious to launch, but can’t because of this issue.
Before I realized this was an issue, I had already upgraded 2 live sites and the one in development and they all have the same issue. It’s hard for me to troubleshoot because I don’t have access to a safari browser that can reproduce the problem, but I can confirm the problem is real by using using virtual machines on two different browser compatibility services.
